How many vehicles are in the SWFL Auto Rentals fleet?
Fifteen, across nine distinct models and eight categories. That includes four Ford Broncos, three BMW 430i convertibles and two Chevrolet Suburbans, plus a Jeep Wrangler Willys, a Chevrolet Camaro convertible, a Honda Odyssey, a Kia Carnival, a Hyundai Santa Fe and a Lexus GX. Multiple units of the most-requested models exist so peak-season demand for a popular vehicle does not automatically become a no.
Which vehicles hold the most people and luggage?
The two Chevrolet Suburbans seat seven to eight and carry six bags, which is the practical ceiling in this fleet for a group flying in together. The Honda Odyssey and Kia Carnival also seat seven to eight. The Lexus GX seats seven. The convertibles seat four and carry two bags, which suits a couple or a short trip rather than a family arriving with a week of luggage.
Can I reserve a specific vehicle, or only a category?
A specific vehicle. You choose the actual unit rather than a class, and the reservation is confirmed for that vehicle. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
Are the Broncos and the Jeep Wrangler suitable for off-road driving?
No. All five open-air vehicles are paved-road vehicles under the rental terms. Off-road use and driving on sand are not permitted.
